Holland Park is a project borne out of fate— a chance meeting in Venice led to us being commissioned for this renovation/ extension for Canadian and English clients, based in Hong Kong. The existing house was built in 1993 and quite contemporary, setting it apart from the rest of the traditional homes on the street. We were asked to redesign the front facade, add a two storey glass extension onto the rear of the property, which includes a rooftop terrace, as well as the interior design throughout.
