Mount Pleasant is the corner residence of a Grade II listed eight terrace block in Cheshire, originally built in 1850. We were asked to redesign the layouts on all floors to allow for a smoother flow of circulation, as well as to design a small rear extension and a new build Garden Studio to complement the property. Great care has been taken to maintain the character and appearance of the residence, whilst the new Studio, clad in dark timber will sit quietly where a dilapidated garage once stood. We have also been asked to reconfigure the Garden, providing for a new patio and parking for a single vehicle.
