Philbeach Gardens is a five storey multi residential terraced house situated on a leafy street in the West Kensington neighbourhood of London, within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It was built in the late 19th century in the Domestic Revival style, boasting the familiar red brick, white painted woodwork and an eclectic mix of decorative features. Our scope of work included the tasteful conversion of the existing bedsits and communal facilities to provide nine thoughtfully designed apartments, along with a roof terrace and a rear Garden Studio.
